Description
I was contracted by a local real estate company in town to create a webpage that would help estimate prices for property. The real estate agent can enter in basic information about similiar properties in the area such as price, square feet, bathrooms, beds, etc. and then information about the property they're interested in. PHP and JavaScript are then used to output suggested prices for the property and automatically generated RTF summary sheets and form letters for the agent to use.
